RECAP: FEB 2024 SEASON LAB W/AICHELLE WHITE OF MUSAMPLE

revisiting a few highlighted moments from our incredible Feb ‘24 with Milwaukee’s own, Aichelle White of MuSample! 😄

The teen social hour kicked off as usual with great food from Ian’s Pizza MKE, bevs from @discoursemke & our very own GWML alum SPHINX DA GOD spinning the tunes. GWML Program Coordinator B~Free led an in-depth discussion with our special guest on “Music Administration 101,” while Aichelle shared an in-depth overview & presentation on all of the steps needed for properly registering your music & the variety of royalty payments artists are entitled to when doing so. The takeaways were informative, engaging & inspirational for our audience members. & of course, the last half of Lab consisted of another amazing teen open mic, with a wonderfully diverse array of youth acts that shared their incredible gifts on stage in rapping & live music instrumentation!
